這是我土耳其旅程的其中一個收獲~
材料:葱, 洋蔥, 雞柳, 奶油乳酪 (cream cheese)
1.先將葱全棵以清水洗淨,切花
2.清水白烚雞柳至全熟,關火,取出雞柳,用叉刮絲,加入葱花,拌勻
(熟雞柳絲的溫度已能將新鮮葱花的香味散發~)
3.洋蔥切粒,倒入之前白烚雞柳用之溫水, 待三至五分鐘,撈起,加入葱花及雞絲,拌勻
4.再加入適量奶油乳酪,拌勻即可
搭配成三文治餡料亦可: ^_^
