切絲解壓

三色薯仔絲

材料:薯仔, 紅椒, 黃椒, 綠椒, 肉丸
醬料:蒜蓉, 醬油

1.薯仔去皮切絲, 洗淨, 水滾白烚, 撈起, 冰水漂涼, 瀝乾
2.紅、黃、綠椒切絲, 肉丸切粒, 加入蒜蓉醬油中火炒熟
3.先將薯絲放入深碟, 伴上肉粒椒絲即可

偶有自制小菜習慣, 只為舒壓
心血來潮之事, 外表不常講究
薯仔切絲, 只為自我補償麥記take away餐又一執漏的遺憾
