自煮涼伴
薑絲金菇雞
材料:雞胸肉, 金菇, 薑絲, 芝麻, 蘋果酒
醬料:蒜蓉, 蕃茄醬, 海鹽, 胡椒粉
做法:
1.原塊雞胸,加入一半水一半蘋果酒,煮熟,瀝乾,放涼
2.原用湯底,加入金菇、薑絲,煮熱,瀝乾
3.將雞胸起絲,加入金菇、薑絲拌勻
4.淋上煮熱燒醬(蒜蓉、蕃茄醬、海鹽、胡椒粉),洒上芝麻即可
